I have been to celcius twice recently to get my makeup done. The first experience was great as the girl who did my makeup was very efficient and knew how to create the look I asked for. The second time I got my makeup done I was not too impressed. The girl doing my makeup asked me lots and lots of questions about which products I would rather she used on me. I appreciated that she wanted to get exactly what I wanted but I also have no idea about makeup and what would look good on me and I feel like she should know and shouldn't have to ask sooo many questions. This same time, my makeup also took an hour and a half, which I thought was a very long time considering I had just asked for a 'natural' look. The makeup on my cheeks and around my nose also started coming off in flakes throughout the night, which is something that shouldn't be happening. I also wasn't too impressed by the lack of stock you seem to have. Pretty much every product I have wanted to buy both times I have been there you didn't have in stock (including a lipgloss which they had put on me and I wanted to reapply throughout the night) and so had to get an alternative option. I also think the staff need to learn the prices of products a bit better as the girl told me the palette I was buying was going to cost around $60 and ended up costing $90.

The greatest value I find with using Celcius is the privacy and ability to get a tan later in the evening when I need it. I have found that the quality differs between operators significantly however. I will only now go, if that particular person is working as I have specific needs (difficult skin).

Tan was ok. But staff - lovely as she was - rushed it. All done in 2 minutes. I’ve had tabs elsewhere where staff member carefully checked each area tanned and the whole session took up to 5 mins. Rather than a quick spray, and “there you go”
